We walk the property, discuss your goals, and give you a clear understanding of what's possible. Free, no obligation.
Design & preconstruction
Floor plans, elevations, engineering, and detailed pricing, so you understand the design and projected cost before construction begins.
Permitting
We prepare and submit your plans, coordinate with the city, and manage any required corrections through final permit approval.
Construction
From the first day on site to the final finishes, your project is personally managed by the owner of Nineteen Build Co.
Project Completion
We manage final inspections, complete the walkthrough, and hand over the keys and warranty.

The builder behind
Nineteen Build Co.
With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Brandon brings a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to quality to every project. In addition to owning and operating Nineteen Build Co., he has proudly served as a firefighter with the City of Phoenix for 18 years.
Brandon is a husband and father to one daughter and understands the importance of creating spaces that families are proud to call home. He built Nineteen Build Co. around the same values that have guided his career in the fire service: integrity, accountability, hard work, and doing the job right.
